配備特點(diǎn)：

    1、主軸以及圓刀使用無級(jí)變速系統(tǒng)，可做高低無級(jí)調(diào)速及正反轉(zhuǎn)切換控制。

    2、臺(tái)板左右移位和進(jìn)退刀均采用進(jìn)口高精密步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)及進(jìn)口PLC控制切割寬度及進(jìn)退刀切割和磨刀系統(tǒng)，配合進(jìn)口精密滾珠絲桿及滑軌移位，高壽命，不易磨損，使切割寬度的精度達(dá)到0.1mm，zui窄切割寬度為2mm，進(jìn)刀切割時(shí)平行快速推進(jìn)，速度采用無極調(diào)速，可分段控制，紙管容易切斷，達(dá)到高精度快速切出高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品。

3、操作界面采用高精度電腦觸摸屏，所有操作，只需要一個(gè)畫面，可同時(shí)設(shè)定六種分切寬度和次數(shù)，并顯示實(shí)際切割次數(shù)，并設(shè)有手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換及磨刀手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換功能。

特征

跟CJ-170ZM全自動(dòng)切捆條機(jī)相比（以下均以CJ-170ZM表示）：

1. a擁有電腦自動(dòng)雙面磨刀系統(tǒng)，并可根據(jù)客戶自己的要求，設(shè)定切多少次數(shù)磨一次刀，磨刀耗時(shí)多少，磨刀裝置會(huì)自動(dòng)根據(jù)程序操作。B：CJ-170ZM采用的是手搖式將砂輪靠近刀片兩側(cè)，讓刀片與砂輪放置一旁磨，達(dá)到刀片鋒利，需人工退砂輪。
2. 進(jìn)刀采用雙步進(jìn)電機(jī)系統(tǒng)控制，進(jìn)刀步驟分為‘慢-快-慢’；而以往CJ-170ZM，采用絲桿電機(jī)帶動(dòng)進(jìn)刀，速度總保持一樣，較為緩慢。雙步進(jìn)電機(jī)系統(tǒng)比絲桿電機(jī)帶動(dòng)速度高一倍。
3. 控制方式：a：采用高精度觸摸屏控制，任何步驟只需要一個(gè)界面，而且反應(yīng)速度靈敏；CJ-170ZM采用LED按鍵式顯示屏控制，按鍵使用久了，容易導(dǎo)致按鈕及其電路板損壞，每個(gè)步驟有不同的操作界面。b：雙數(shù)控還采用了獨(dú)立十字開關(guān)控制進(jìn)刀-退刀，臺(tái)進(jìn)-臺(tái)退，機(jī)器工作中，如有情況改變，可以用及時(shí)控制。
